The regular monthly meeting was held on the 5th of February. All Officers and Board members were present except Kenny Moore.

Treasurers Report: A report is posted at the club.

The card lock has been changed at the club. All Members that have paid their dues should have their cards. Don’t forget your card gets you a 5% discount on all accessories at Bullseye Archery.

The 1st Leg of the Triple Crown had 141 shooters. Thanks To Bullseye Archery for donating the deer for the raffle, and to all the folks that bought tickets. The next Triple Crown will be February 23rd & 24th.

Curt Gowdy State Park has been contacted about Bowhunter's Weekend. The Club is good to go for August 4th & 5th. Road kill catering has been lined up to offer food for the event again this year. Dan Conrad is looking into getting one of the boys from Primos to give a Elk calling seminar at this years shoot. The Club has started its target/sign donor's drive for this years shoot. If anyone knows of a business that would like to donate this year, please get with one of the officers or board members for details.

Board members were given a 2007 JOAD agreement to review. Dan Conrad will get with John Wilson for signatures.

The Access Yes dates are April 24th & 26th. Last year the Club was able to raise $1150.00 to help ALL sportsmen gain more access in the field. We are looking for a few raffle prizes. The Club will be raffling off a Lifetime membership to Bowhunters of Wyoming. A one year membership to BOW has also been donated to this shoot by Area BOW representative Joel Meena. Tickets will be $10.00 each or 3 tickets for $20.00. Please come out and help us beat last years record.

Don’t forget to get your teams together for this years rabbit hunt to be held February 17. The Club will have a free chili feed after the hunt. Remember, all Game & Fish Rules apply. For more information talk to Rick Ginter or Sonny Cross.

Also, don’t forget the Carp shoot coming in June.

The Sunday night target league will change from vegas to blue face targets February 11th.

Throughout the year, the Club hopes to put on several educational clinics to help members pickup pointers that should be helpful in the field. Boardmembers would like to stress that these activities will take away little, if any range time from members, and all members are encouraged to attend.

In this spirt, the club will be hosting a fly fishing clinic. This Class is designed to teach beginners the basics of fly fishing, and the gear associated with this sport. Watch for more information on times and dates.

The Club would like to thank Kenny Raff and Dan Conrad for fixing the furnace. Jack Meena and Paul Reid for helping get our Well Permit registered with the state. Desi Rivera for helping us out with the chairs at the annual meeting. Remember our club is run by volunteers. All members are encouraged to help out around the club.

There was a quiver with arrows left at the club after one of the leagues. If you have information as to the whereabouts please get with one of the folks running the leagues or Troy Krawiec at 637-7696.

Tuesday and Thursday 3D leagues are going strong. Take some time to attend and catch the fun.

Photos of any archery event, archery hunting or club functions are needed. Please email the photos to the webmaster found at www.cheyennefieldarchers.com.
