The monthly Club meeting was held on the 3rd of December. All Officers and Board members were present except Rick Ginter, Kenny Moore, and Jerry Dickson.

Treasurers Report: A verbal report was given and accepted.

This years traditional shoot brought out about 40 wannabe archers. They killed the floor and walls with great regularity. It was a lot of fun and a big thank you to Sonny and Polly Cross for running the tournament.

The Club's Lies and Fries ran a little late. Apparently, a benefit card game was held to pay for Jerry Marshall's AARP membership card! Another big thank you to Jimmy Lake for preparing the milk-can dinner.

Leagues are up and running. Tuesday’s will be 3D targets with the cost of $5.00 for adults, and kids are still free. Sunday’s will be spot leagues (vegas) with cost for adults being $3.00 for adults, kids are free. Check the calendar for dates and times.

Starting January 8th 2008, Tuesday leagues will be offering a payback. The Club is not involved in this program and participation in the payback is optional. Tentative rules will be as follows: each archer wanting to participate will pay $20.00 at the beginning of a the 4-week period (in addition to the $5.00 weekly Club fee). Payback will be 100 percent and based on the shooters top 3 scores out of the 4 week period. Anyone not wanting to shoot for payback can continue to pay the normal $5.00 fee and shoot for fun!

John Wilson will be holding a level 1 and 2 instructor school. Dates will be December 14th, 15th, 16th. Classes will be held at the club. For more information give John a call at 632-2316.

A Big Game Awards sheet is posted at the club. Sign up if you're brave enough to be ridiculed at the Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting will be held January 5th at the club. The Club will provide a milk-can dinner. Members who last name starts with A thru L are asked to bring salads and those from M thru Z are asked to bring deserts. A short meeting will follow with new officers and board-members being elected.

A sign up sheet for next years officers/board members is posted at the club. If you, or someone you know, would like to run for a office please get your name on that sheet.

This years Rabbit shoot will be held February 16th, 2008. It’s never to early to start scouting and getting your teams together. For more info contact Kenny Moore.

It's time to start thinking about renewing our memberships for 2008. Don’t forget, a CFA membership makes a great stocking stuffer. Membership applications are available on this web site.

The Club will host another 450 Vegas shoot January 13th. The first line will be at 10:00 AM and the 2nd line will be at 1:00 PM. Everyone is welcome.

It's almost time for the Club's Triple Crown. Make plans now for January 25th or 26th. The format is the same as previous years.

Don't forget Bullseye Archery for Christmas ideas. Club Members receive a 5% discount on all archery accessories.

The Club wishes to thank everyone who helped make this year a success.
